Trying out Frontend Mentor
As the title suggests, I'm planning to give Frontend Mentor a try. Signing up was easy via GitHub and I had a look around. Of course, I'm going to use the free version and even though it's limited, there are a few challenges that might be of interest to me. For now, I've just chosen a few topics through the tags that interest me and thought I'd just start at the beginning.
There is an introduction and a few basic challenges that should serve as a foundation. It looks like it’s about using plain HTML and CSS, so I was tempted to just skip them. But at least you get badges and achievements and the introduction says I shouldn't skip anything. All right, I hope it's worth it. I'm actually only interested in the JavaScript but I‘ll see where the introduction takes me.
